Role Description:

Stathis Strategies is seeking a Blockchain & Digital Assets Analyst for a full-time remote position based in Spain. This role will focus on cryptocurrency market research, blockchain analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio risk monitoring. The analyst will assess digital assets, research emerging Web3 projects, track market developments, and prepare data-driven insights to support investment and portfolio strategy decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi tokens, and emerging digital assets.
- Analyze blockchain projects, decentralized applications, smart contracts, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Monitor cryptocurrency market trends, liquidity, volatility, trading volumes, and investor sentiment.
- Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, governance structures, and adoption metrics.
- Conduct fundamental, quantitative, and on-chain research to identify investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, concentration, and risk exposure.
- Research DeFi protocols, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, staking, and tokenized assets.
- Track institutional investment activity, capital flows, market cycles, and macroeconomic developments.
- Prepare market reports, investment summaries, financial models, and analytical dashboards.




- Use blockchain analytics tools to assess transaction activity, wallet movements, and protocol performance.
- Evaluate investment risks related to liquidity, market volatility, leverage, and smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital assets in Spain and the European Union.
- Collaborate with investment and research teams to support portfolio decisions and strategy development.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis, investment research, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency markets is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Knowledge of market analysis, portfolio risk, tokenomics, and investment evaluation.
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms and cryptocurrency research tools.
- Proficiency in Excel; Python or SQL skills are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment.
- Professional English proficiency; Spanish-language skills are a plus.

Compensation:

This position offers an estimated salary range of €65,000–€85,000 EUR gross per year, depending on experience, analytical capabilities, and digital asset expertise.
