Location: Hybrid from Barcelona or Madrid (1–2 days per week at the office).

Main tasks:

Business Analysis

- Engage with international business stakeholders to understand and map end-to-end risk and control processes.
- Documentation: Produce process maps, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
- User stories: Write user stories with precise acceptance criteria so AI developers can build with confidence and no ambiguity.
- Backlog ownership: Own and maintain the product backlog in close partnership with the Product Owner.
- Ensure traceability from business objective through to delivered functionality.

Scrum Master

- Ceremonies: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Impediment removal: Keep the team aligned, unblocked, and moving proactively identify and remove impediments.
- Backlog readiness: Ensure the AI development team always has a clear, prioritised backlog ready to pull from.
- Reporting: Track sprint velocity and delivery progress; report to the AI Solutions Lead.

What do we need?

- 5+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Agile delivery roles.
- Proven track record translating complex business processes into clear, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Domain knowledge in Risk and/or Compliance:



specifically around control objectives, gap analysis, and risk frameworks (GRC).
- Previous experience running ceremonies with purpose, keep them tight, and make them genuinely useful for the team.
- Excellent stakeholder skills: comfortable engaging senior, international stakeholders and navigating ambiguity to reach clear requirements.
- Process mapping proficiency: ability to visualise and document end-to-end workflows in a way that is immediately actionable for developers.
- Fluent English written and spoken. All stakeholder interactions and documentation are in English.
- Nice to have: Experience on AI / LLM-based projects or products. GRC tooling familiarity (ServiceNow, Archer, etc.). Insurance or Financial Services background. Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe). BA certification (CBAP, CCBA). Regulatory Compliance knowledge.
