Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Coordinator, located in the Greater Palma de Mallorca Metropolitan Area.
The Claims
Coordinator will manage the day-to-day processing and settlement of insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
Responsibilities include assessing claims documentation, liaising with clients and service providers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records.
The role also involves solving client inquiries, analyzing claims for cost containment opportunities, and providing high-quality service in communication and claims supervision.
Duties
Coordinate and manage assistance services efficiently
Handle communication via phone and email with clients and providers
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate records and follow up on active assistance cases
Requirements
Language capabilities Spanish and English. French is a plus
Based in Mallorca
Communication and soft skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Other skills & characteristics required for the position
Computer literate
Strong communication skills with a focus on empathic approach, listening skills and attention to details
Good team player
