Responsibilities

- Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components
- Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows
- Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities
- Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders
- Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow
- Proven experience with Flow Designer,



Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Nice to have

- Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management
- Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl
- Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes
- Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations
- Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification
