What would your main responsibilities be?

- Resolve production incidents and service requests by performing root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions.
- Execute monitoring, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support technical changes, deployments, and projects.
- Manage vulnerabilities, obsolescence issues, and security controls.
- Support critical batch processes (end-of-day and end-of-month operations).
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure the operation and availability of payment applications across Europe.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), both spoken and written, is mandatory as it will be used daily in an international environment. Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience in Application Production Support (L2).
- Experience with Java/J2EE, TIBCO (EMS, BusinessWorks, Admin, MFT, BusinessCenter,



IBM MQ), and/or COBOL.
- Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, and JBoss.
- Administration and scripting in UNIX/Linux/Windows environments.
- Experience supporting payment applications, local clearing, H2H (Host-to-Host), and payment filtering solutions, preferably within European environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Oracle PL/SQL (database querying and optimization).
- Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, and social engineering risks.
