In this on-site role, you will be directly involved in the thriving yachting market of the Balearic Islands, managing key relationships and helping yacht owners and captains bring their refit and maintenance projects to fruition.Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around growing business and maintaining trusted client relationships across the maritime community. Specifically, you will focus on:Prospecting and acquiring new clients, both national and international, for yacht maintenance and refit servicesBuilding and maintaining long-term loyalty with existing clients throughout their project lifecyclesRepresenting the company actively at nautical industry events, boat shows, and networking meetingsCoordinating closely with clients to understand their technical refit specifications and delivering tailored proposalsTo succeed in this role,
you bring a genuine enthusiasm for boats as well as a proven track record in commercial sales.
