Key Responsibilities

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex issues with professionalism and precision

Efficiently navigate internal automotive CRM systems to track customer history and vehicle data

Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve service delivery standards

Requirements

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)





Valid EU passport (mandatory)

Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team

Previous experience in the automotive industry or luxury customer service is highly valued
