Operations Director / COO

TMS is a founder-funded international private sport club combining proprietary technology, curated sporting experiences and a selective membership model. After 9+ months of development, the venture is preparing its commercial launch, with an MVP and pre-seed funding round underway.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Operations manager to work alongside the Founder in executing and scaling the Society's international operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop TMS's operational structure.
- Coordinate international sporting calendar, luxury hospitality and experiences.
- Build and manage relationships with boutique suppliers, venues and strategic partners.
- Oversee operational budgets, logistics, quality standards and execution.
- Establish scalable processes and lead the future operations team.
- Coordinate premium service delivery and Members Office operations.

Ideal Profile

5+ years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, international experience production, premium events, private travel or high-end operations.





Strong leadership, commercial judgment, financial discipline, absolute discretion and hands-on execution capabilities.
