ABOUT THE POSITION:

Join a leading AI company as a Business Development Representative, focusing on GenAI Ads Solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional eager to drive new business acquisition through inbound and outbound strategies. You will identify, engage, and close new clients, leveraging your digital marketing knowledge and consultative sales approach to present tailored AI advertising solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)

● Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline

● Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals

● Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

● Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets

● Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

● Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover

● Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:

● C1 level proficiency in German and B2 level proficiency in English

● Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)





● Experience in pre-sales or lead qualification

● Proven experience in B2B sales or business development

● Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience

● Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives

● Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools

● Experience in outbound sales and cold calling

● Demonstrated self-prospecting capabilities

● A revenue and target-driven mindset

● Experience managing or utilizing databases

● Consultative selling skills

● Client-facing product knowledge

● Experience working with high-potential clients

● Understanding of ad tech or AI platforms

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

● High level of organization and time management skills

● Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
