Role Overview

Sani/Ikos Group is seeking an experienced HR Projects Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic HR initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilisation. Working across Corporate HR, hotel operations and other Group functions, you will translate business and people priorities into clear plans, robust governance and measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong ownership, disciplined execution and the ability to manage several projects concurrently in a fast-paced, international environment. You will ensure timely follow-up, effective stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple HR projects simultaneously, taking full accountability for end-to-end delivery from initial scoping and business case through design, implementation, handover and post-implementation review.
- Translate HR priorities into integrated project plans with clear objectives, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resources, decision points and success measures.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including steering forums, working teams, decision logs, action trackers, project documentation and regular status reporting.
- Own project timelines and follow-up routines, ensuring that actions are clearly assigned, deadlines are understood and delays or gaps are escalated promptly.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, hotel teams, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement and external partners as relevant to each project.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and actions, and drive closure of outstanding items.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, interdependencies and change impacts; define mitigation actions and maintain an effective escalation path.
- Monitor project progress, budget and resource requirements, providing concise and decision-ready updates to senior HR and business stakeholders.
- Support requirements gathering, process mapping, policy or operating-model design, vendor coordination, testing, implementation planning and operational handover.
- Develop change, communication,

training and stakeholder-engagement plans to support adoption and embed new HR processes, systems and ways of working.
- Ensure project outputs are practical, standardised where appropriate, compliant with Group policies and local requirements, and aligned with the broader HR strategy.
- Build reusable project-management standards, templates and reporting disciplines for the HR function, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Track benefits and outcomes after implementation, capturing lessons learned and recommending corrective actions where expected results are not achieved.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including substantial responsibility for complex, cross-functional projects; experience at Senior Manager level or with comparable scope is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing several concurrent projects from A to Z, with strong ownership of planning, timelines, follow-up, governance, risks and delivery quality.
- Proven exposure to HR-related projects such as HR transformation, organisational design, HR operating models, process improvement, HRIS or digitalisation, talent, performance, reward, workforce planning or employee experience.
- Strong project and change management capability; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, CCMP or equivalent accreditation is an advantage.
- Fluent English is essential; Greek is highly valued. Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Experience within hospitality, a multi-site environment or an international, rapidly growing organisation is an advantage.
- Availability to travel according to project requirements.

Desired skills and competencies

- Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills,

with the confidence to work across functions, countries and seniority levels.
- Highly structured, analytical and hands-on, with the ability to convert ambiguity into clear actions and maintain momentum.
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, written communication and executive presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Practical experience with project-management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com or equivalent.
- Smartsheet experience and/or PM2 certification is a plus.
