Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC machinery remotely to produce high-precision parts.

Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate production.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.

Maintain detailed logs of production activities, machine status, and quality checks.

Collaborate effectively with on-site engineering and quality control teams via digital communication tools.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies for remote operations.





Continuously seek opportunities to improve machining processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role with demonstrable expertise in operating various CNC machines.

Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and operation.

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency with measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
