STATEMENT OF WORKJOB DESCRIPTION (See link to the full job description in the blue box) * University degree or equivalent education. * 10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry. * Proficiency in technical report writing. * Experience managing contracts with multiple prime-contractors operating simultaneously within one project. * Experience in the overall construction management of concrete pavements, pre-engineered metal buildings and building refurbishment. * Experience in the overall project control within infrastructure projects: Cost, Scope and Schedule. * Experience in communication between project owner, customer and national authorities. * Knowledge of onsite quality assurance control mechanisms. * The incumbent should be familiar with data interpretation from topographic surveys and geotechnical in situ testing. * The incumbent should be familiar with Spanish Construction codes and regulations, with Spanish Health & Safety regulations, as well as with Spanish Infrastructure commissioning and handover process. * Experience related to airfield construction projects would be an asset. * Experience in technical management… #J-18808-Ljbffr
