At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an International Logistics Technician to join an international project within the technology sector, based in Madrid.

You will support project teams in coordinating international shipments of technological equipment, ensuring efficient logistics operations, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries.

? Location: Madrid

? Working model: Hybrid (2 days on-site)

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate with project managers to identify equipment and materials required for international shipments.
- Review shipping requirements and regulations according to the destination country.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to verify and coordinate the preparation of shipments.
- Collaborate with the Foreign Trade department to manage export documentation and customs procedures.
- Monitor international shipments and ensure successful delivery to their final destinations.
- Support warehouse operations and inventory movements related to international projects.
- Assist with purchase requests and related logistics activities.
- Ensure effective communication between project teams, warehouse operations, and foreign trade stakeholders.

Who are you?

- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing international shipments and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of international logistics, import/export procedures, and customs documentation.
- Experience coordinating warehouse activities and shipments.
- Good understanding of international trade processes and terminology.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Upper-intermediate English, mainly for handling documentation and international procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with different teams.





Nice to Have

- Experience in industrial or technological environments involving international projects.
- Knowledge of export documentation and customs processes.
- Previous collaboration with Foreign Trade or Import/Export departments.
