Taolis (The Art of Living in Spain) develops and builds Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort, the closest resort to Murcia city. We’re a young, international and passionate team in a period of strong growth, with residential and hospitality projects in Altaona Resort.

The role

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Marketing Specialist with an exceptional drive to use AI. You’ll cover every area of marketing, from content and campaigns to automation and video, and AI will be your main tool in all of them. You’ll also help the rest of the team work smarter with AI. ?

What you’ll do with AI

? Content & branding: create on-brand content for web, social media, email and press, using AI to research, write and adapt it for international markets.

? Paid & social networks: manage our different social accounts and campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads, among others, using AI to test posts/ads and optimise results.

? Email & automation: design campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows in HubSpot and WhatsApp, and automate repetitive tasks with AI.

? SEO, GEO & AEO: make Taolis visible on Google and in AI search engines, and keep our website up to date.

? Audiovisual & AI avatars: produce videos, reels, property tours and interactive profiles, and build interactive AI avatars that guide visitors, capture attention and generate buyer demand.

track KPIs and use AI to turn insights into concrete improvements.

? AI culture: build Claude workflows for the team and test new tools to improve the way we work.

What we’re looking for

✅ Previous experience in marketing and communication.

✅ Advanced use of Claude and generative AI, with real examples to show.

✅ Experience with interactive AI avatars and audiovisual production.

✅ Hands-on experience with HubSpot or CRM's, paid media, WordPress and Adobe.

✅ Basic knowledge of SEO, GEO and AEO.

✅ Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

✅ Proactive, curious and able to manage several projects independently.
