✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Manage and optimize the Nexthink platform and DEX strategy.
- Monitor endpoint, application and user experience using Nexthink and NQL.
- Develop dashboards, DEX KPIs and performance reports.
- Build PowerShell Remote Actions and proactive remediation.
- Drive automation, self-healing and incident reduction initiatives.
- Integrate Nexthink with Intune, Azure, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
- Act as Nexthink SME, providing insights and recommendations to IT and business teams.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink and DEX, including analytics, reporting, automation and proactive remediation.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/EUC environments, PowerShell, Intune, Azure, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2+).

- Workplace: Hybrid (40% Remote / 60% On-site)
- Work Schedule: Business hours (8:00-17:00)
