Improve and monitor operational processes Carry out the necessary steps, updating/monitoring of internal regulations Participate, coordinate and monitor quality processes Manage and supervise personnel Optimate work processes and staff productivity Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customers Organize and optimize shifts Conduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day work Concentrix is a great match if you





Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish plus you have an advanced level English Possess previous experience working within a call center environment with a min of 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor. Have excellent organizing and leadership skills Possess excellent team management skills.
