Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation for construction projects. Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project staff to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor project progress,



identify potential delays or issues, and implement effective solutions. Control project costs, track expenditures, and manage change orders to stay within budget.
