Value UP AI is a Barcelona-based AI and data consultancy. We help organizations adopt AI in a practical, responsible way, from data engineering and automation to AI agents and hands-on training.

The engagement

We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver a 2-hour introductory immersion session on Claude (Anthropic) for the staff of a Catholic diocesan Pastoral Center.

- Date: October 29, 2026.
- Format: Live session by videoconference ([Zoom / Teams])
- Audience: 30–50 employees from about 20 offices. These include administration, finance, HR, communications, canonical and tribunal services, schools, cemetery and retreat center operations, immigration services, and several pastoral ministries.
- Audience profile: Mostly non-technical professionals, many using an AI assistant for the first time.

Goals of the session

1. Help staff get comfortable with Claude and use it with confidence in their daily work.
2. Show concrete, relevant use cases for different offices, such as drafting and editing documents, summarizing long texts, preparing communications, organizing information, and analyzing files.
3. Address responsible use, including privacy, handling of confidential information, and checking outputs.
4. Spark ideas and open the door to follow-up projects tailored to individual offices.

What you will do

- Prepare the session with the Value UP AI team,



adapting content and examples to this audience.
- Deliver an engaging 2-hour session with live demos and interaction.
- Run Q&A; and gather the ideas, needs and questions raised by participants.
- Share a brief debrief with our team after the session.

What we are looking for

- Native or near-native English.
- Solid hands-on experience with Claude, for example claude.ai, Projects, working with files, and writing and analysis workflows.
- A proven track record training non-technical audiences on AI or digital tools.
- Experience facilitating large virtual groups and keeping them engaged.
- The ability to explain responsible AI use, data privacy and limitations in plain language.
- Availability on October 29 and for a short prep call beforehand.

Nice to have

- Experience working with nonprofit, faith-based or Catholic organizations.
- Experience delivering intermediate or advanced AI training.
- Experience identifying AI use cases and turning them into project proposals.
