As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving how projects are delivered across isolutions. You will work closely with Project Managers, and leadership teams to ensure high delivery standards, increase transparency, and foster a strong project management culture.

This role combines operational excellence, governance, process improvement, and community building. You'll have a direct impact on project quality, customer satisfaction, and the professional growth of our project management community.

- Drive transparency around project quality, delivery performance, and project profitability across the organization.
- Support leadership teams with meaningful KPIs delivery and project insights.
- Rethink our project management processes with an AI first mindset and implement useful agents to simplify the daily work of project managers.
- Monitor project health through project controlling, quality gates, and reviews, while identifying potential delivery risks early.
- Maintain and continuously improve Professional Services processes together with the Project Management Community.
- Provide templates, tools, guidelines, and best practices to support Project Managers in their daily work.
- Facilitate and develop the Project Management Community across all Solution Units.
- Plan and monitor competency development, certifications, and career growth paths for Project Managers.
- Act as Business Owner for Project Management tools and systems, identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
- Contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance within the Project Management domain.
- Own and continuously improve the Project Management process framework.

Your profile ?





- Several years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Excellence, Consulting Operations, or a similar role, gained within an IT consulting or technology services environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, quality management, risk management, and delivery processes.
- Experience working with project KPIs, reporting, project controlling, and performance measurement.
- A process-oriented mindset combined with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and leadership levels.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- German language skills at native or business-fluent level (minimum C1) are mandatory. Good English skills are required.
- EU citizenship or Spanish work visa.
- You are based in Spain or planning to relocate here, and you are open to working remotely or in a hybrid model from our Barcelona office.
