Role description: Remedy Environment Administrator with knowledge and experience in analysis, design, development, maintenance, upgrades, integration, and migration activities.

Mandatory Requirements: Education: Meces 1 in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in:

- Administration and support of Remedy ITSM 9.1 and ITSM 20.02 environments, performing analysis, design, development, and maintenance tasks.
- Administration and support of Remedy ARS 9.1 and ARS 20.02 environments, performing analysis, design, development, and maintenance tasks.
- Development of reports using Analytics, Reporting Services, and Smart Reporting (20.02).
- Administration and configuration of DWP (20.02) and Smart IT (20.02) environments.
- Systems integration within Remedy environments using REST API, Web Services, and Spoon.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday • Two days from 07:00 to 15:00 • Two days from 10:00 to 19:00 Friday • From 07:00 to 15:00 Remote Work Policy: Up to 60% remote work per week is allowed. The remaining 40% must be performed on-site at the client's premises in Madrid (Plaza Castilla area).
