Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering excellent service? We are looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join our VIP Lounges at Madrid Airport. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team and help create memorable experiences for travellers from all over the world, we would love to hear from you.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Personalised customer service: Welcome and assist passengers, anticipating their needs and providing friendly, professional, high-quality service.
- Lounge service: Ensure that all areas are always prepared and maintained in perfect condition to welcome guests.
- Buffet management: Oversee food presentation, monitor food quality and condition, and replenish items as needed.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the lounge and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Attention to detail: Maintain the quality, cleanliness,



and presentation standards expected of a premium service

Qualifications

What are we looking for?
- Experience in premium hospitality, 4–5-star hotels, or high-end restaurants.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is an essential requirement for this position.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Availability to work fixed morning or afternoon shifts within the following time range: 5:15 AM – 11:45 PM.
- A fluent english level it is required for this position.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
