Responsibilities

- Handling Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully in the Spanish language.
- Following standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
- Providing Customer service at every interaction,



ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
- Achieving superior customer engagement and ensuring a significant improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional Spanish language fluency, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Required dialects of Spanish: Catalan (Català), Valencian (Valencià), Basque (Euskara), Galician (Galego).
