At Biobest, we are looking for a talented and motivated Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager to join our Iberian organisation. This is an opportunity to drive operational efficiency, strengthen customer service and support our continued growth across Spain and Portugal.
Your Role
· Lead and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.
· Oversee demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
· Ensure product availability, efficient order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
· Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with local and international teams to improve service delivery.
Who Are We Looking For?
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service Operations or related leadership roles.
· Strong organisational, analytical and people-management skills.
· Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
· A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for teamwork.
· Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) , a level test will be done. Portuguese is an advantage.
