Who we are

Webster & Co is a team of 17 international real estate professionals in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, with over ten years of experience on average, multilingual skills and in-house marketing. From day one, the founders felt that high-end real estate was too driven by closing deals, and had lost sight of empathy, trust and human connection. Webster & Co made those qualities its core strength.

About the role

Be the friendly voice and face of our real estate office. This is a phone-focused role: you will spend a large part of your day calling our client database to qualify enquiries and reactivate past connections, and the rest welcoming visitors and helping to keep the office running smoothly.

What you will do

- Call our database of past and current contacts to check their interests, filter the genuine leads and reactivate past connections.
- Make first calls to new enquiries before passing to the sales agents.
- Update client records in our CRM when needed and pass qualified leads to the right agent.
- Welcome visitors and note down the client´s needs to pass to the sales team.
- Answer office calls and check the main email inbox.
- Keep the office tidy, help to organize coffee for the clients and collaborators.

Who you are

- Confident and comfortable on the phone:



you enjoy talking to people, and making outbound calls feels natural to you.
- A natural people person: warm, approachable and genuinely interested in others.
- Positive and resilient: you handle “not now” or “no” with a smile and keep going.
- Organised, reliable and good at juggling several things at a time.
- Professional and discreet with client information.
- Proactive: you step in when something needs doing, and you’re happy to learn and ask questions as you go.
- Fluent in English, good level of Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Nice to have

- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, hospitality, reception or real estate.
- Comfort with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets). We train on our CRM.

You will learn how a real estate office works from the inside, with training provided on our CRM and on how we speak with clients, and you’ll be at the centre of the daily life of the team. This is a full-time, office-based role in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.
