The opportunity
We are looking for a Head of AI & Computer Vision with the technical depth of an outstanding software engineer,



the product mindset of a founder and the leadership skills to build a world-class engineering organisation.
This is not a purely managerial role.
We want somebody who genuinely loves engineering, remains deeply involved in the code and takes personal responsibility for translating ambitious technology into reliable products used by paying customers.
You will own the evolution of our technical platform, from computer-vision models and edge inference to cloud infrastructure, backend services, applications and analytics.
You will initially lead a lean engineering team, contribute directly to development and progressively build the organisation required to support international expansion.

What you will own
AI and Computer Vision
• Design, develop and improve deep-learning models for driver-behaviour analysis, object detection, tracking, pose estimation and video understanding
• Develop and optimise inference pipelines
