DeAgostini Coleccionables is looking for a CRM & Engagement Specialist for our international team based in Barcelona.
Role Purpose
Own CRM and engagement campaigns end-to-end, from planning and audience selection to execution, testing, analysis and reporting. Responsible for newsletters, communication plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CRM campaign calendar from planning through performance reporting.
• Plan, build and deploy newsletters, product launch communications, communication plans and ad hoc commercial campaigns.
• Define campaign targeting and prepare customer audiences using segmentation and business requirements.
• Coordinate campaign creative development, agency briefs and asset delivery.
• Adapt campaigns for local markets across multiple regions.
• Execute A/B tests and commercial experiments to improve engagement and conversion.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support Customer Service communications,



including informational and incident-related customer messaging.
• During peak trading periods, support lifecycle automation programs and CRM operational activities.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand, legal, privacy and customer communication standards.

Requisitos:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM and Customer Engagement.
• Knowledge of HTML and email marketing best practices.
• Experience working in a B2C and/or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environment.
• Proven experience executing CRM campaigns end-to-end, including audience selection, deployment, testing and reporting.
• Experience managing campaign calendars and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with customer segmentation and audience targeting.
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to optimize performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into recomme
