Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid,



responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships in the professional LED and audiovisual market. This role includes overseeing key account portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and developing account plans aligned with company goals. The Key Account Manager will handle day-to-day communication with clients and partners, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate project execution with internal teams, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reporting on account activities and forecasts. The role also involves representing VOD Visual IBERIA at meetings, events, and presentations, and supporting the promotion of new products and solutions.
