Role Description The Property Manager Madrid (Sales) is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Community of Madrid, Spain, with a mix of on-site property visits and work-from-home tasks. This role oversees a portfolio of high-end residential properties,



ensuring they are maintained to luxury standards and operated efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing owner and tenant relationships, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and local regulations. The Property Manager will drive property revenue by managing sales inquiries, optimizing occupancy and pricing, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves monitoring property performance, preparing regular reports, collaborating with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance), and identifying opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
