Job Description

Position Summary:

The role of Medical Information Specialist is focused on medical and scientific information relating to the correct and safe usage of our Medical Devices. The role reports to the Sr Manager Integral Med Info.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinating and responding to all medical and scientific inquiries from medical staff and patients, across the full DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics product portfolio in EMEA, resolving requests by liasing with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts, and produce responses.
• Communicate on the MedInfo processes in EMEA, to drive further adoption.
• Ensure critical issues are escalated appropriately and document inquiries and responses accurately and completely in our global system according to the relevant SOPs and WIs.
• Other project-related tasks to support the EMEA Medical Affairs team, such as scientific lite
