As a core member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and introducing our premium products to new culinary partners and discerning clients. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, resilience in cold outreach, and the ability to communicate the unique heritage and health benefits of our olive oil. You will work closely with leadership and marketing to scale our sales pipeline and establish Lymanora as a benchmark in the gourmet sector.





Key Responsibilities• Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective B2B clients (restaurants, gourmet retailers, and hospitality groups) and B2C customers through targeted cold outreach via phone, email, and professional networks.
• Manage and nurture the full sales pipeline from initial prospecting and sample dispatch to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and storytelling that highlight the premium quality, early harvest profile, and health benefits of Lymanora's extra virgin olive oil.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach campaigns with seasonal product launches and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of prospect interactions, pipeline stages, and client feedback within the corporate CRM system.
