Then come and join our integral team as Global Payroll, Time & Absence Project Support (f/m/d), to provide operational and project support across global Payroll, Time, and Absence domains, with a strong focus on Workday and related HR systems. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective sprint planning, and successful coordination of payroll-related initiatives in collaboration with HRIT, AMS providers, and business stakeholders.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Sprint Coordination

• Ensure effective daily operations within Payroll, Time & Absence processes across multiple systems, primarily Workday
• Support and maintain sprint planning activities, including backlog preparation, prioritization, and tracking
• Act as a coordination interface between HR, HRIT, and AMS providers to ensure timely delivery of operational tasks
• Monitor system-related incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
