Depot Manager - Alicante
Mariposa Energía is one of Spain's leading solar panel installation companies. Established in 2019 we have continued to grow and grow and we're now looking for a Depot Manager to join our team, based in Villajoyosa, Alicante.
Role Description The Depot Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alicante, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the depot. This role includes managing stock levels and inventory accuracy, co-ordinating deliveries and collections, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The Depot Manager is also responsible for customer liaison, during the installation process, as well as aftercare services.
Qualifications
• Strong Stock Management skills, including inventory control and monitoring of supplies.
• Operations Management skills to co-ordinate depot processes and optimise efficiency.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to support our clients
• Health & Safety knowledge to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Previous experience in depot, warehouse, logistics, or operations management is highly beneficial, as is a previous technical background.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and logistical skills, with the ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel
• Full driving licence
• Ability to work on-site in Alicante and communicate effectively in English
