MásMás Hipotecas & Legal is looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team in Marbella
We are an international law and mortgage firm specialising in Spanish property transactions, providing legal and mortgage services to international clients, with a particular focus on Dutch nationals purchasing property in Spain.
We are looking for a motivated, professional and enthusiastic lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.
? Who are we looking for?
• Qualified Spanish lawyer (Abogado/a) with a university degree in Law.
• Registered with a Spanish Colegio de Abogados (colegiado/a ejerciente).
• Proven experience in Spanish property conveyancing (compraventas), including resale and new-build transactions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as most of our clients are international.
• Based in Marbella or the surrounding area.
• Available to start immediately.
• A genuine team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive,
detail-oriented and capable of managing cases independently.
• A positive, solution-focused attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, notaries, banks, estate agents and developers.
