Role Description The Crypto/Web3 Product Manager will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of digital products and initiatives that support the Community of Practice’s mission within the Web3 ecosystem. In this full-time remote role, the individual will own product roadmaps, gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, and translate DEI goals into actionable product features. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research,



defining product specifications, coordinating with designers and developers, and ensuring accessibility and inclusion are embedded in each release. The Product Manager will track product performance, iterate based on feedback, and collaborate with community members and partners to align Web3 solutions with the needs of diverse users. This role also involves communicating product vision, preparing documentation, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, user-centered crypto/Web3 experiences.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) to ship user-centered products on time.
• Ability to conduct user and market research, analyze data, and use insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
