We are hiring a GTM Lead to take ownership of our commercial execution, starting in Spain and expanding into Europe and Latin America.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, close, and account expansion. We are looking for someone who makes things happen: opening doors, understanding customer problems, shaping proposals, and turning opportunities into signed contracts.
You will also help develop how we go to market, opening channels, building partnerships, and testing ways to reach customers. You will work directly with the founders, who set the overall business direction and support you on deals. Together, you will identify the segments and opportunities worth pursuing.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with responsibility for the commercial function.



You will have the autonomy to build your own sales playbook, supported by the founders and technical team. We expect you to take ownership of closing business from the outset.
What you will do
• Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting accounts through negotiation, close, and expansion.

• Build and execute outbound and partnership strategies, generating your own pipeline.

• Sell both existing AI solutions and custom projects, adapting the approach to each customer’s needs.

• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand their operations, ask the right questions, and shape a solution with our engineering team.

• Build clear business cases that connect the proposed solution to the customer’s priorities and expected return.

• Land accounts with a focused use case and expand them into broader, higher-value relationships.
