What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Growth Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic growth initiatives across Southern Europe.
This is a newly created, highly transversal role designed to professionalise and structure the way we manage expansion projects,



ensuring that new centres, products, academic programmes and corporate initiatives are delivered in an agile, scalable and standardised manner.
Reporting directly to the CIO Southern Europe, this role will sit within the Technology team while working closely with Business and Academic Operations. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between Business, Operations, Technology and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from planning through implementation and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic growth and integration projects from planning through implementation and operational handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Academic Operations, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR and other key functions.
