Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, real-time support to the Turkish-speaking player community across Supercell's diverse gaming portfolio
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and account queries with precision and professionalism




• Act as the voice of the player by escalating bugs and feature requests to the development teams within the Gaming & Esports industry
• Maintain a deep understanding of game mechanics, seasonal updates, and community trends to offer expert guidance
• Contribute to the positive culture of our Gaming & Esports hub by participating in team briefings and training sessions
• Ensure that all interactions align with the high-quality communication standards expected of a top-tier Gaming & Esports publisher
• Collect and analyze player feedback to assist in refining the overall user experience for the Turkish market

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position
• Proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team and report to management
