We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Export Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona and help ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our international B2B and D2C operations.
Your role
You will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating daily communications with our international partners and ensuring efficient follow-up across multiple markets. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and keeping our commercial operations running smoothly.
This is a dynamic,
hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across different markets, handling multiple priorities and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced international environment.
Key responsibilities
• Order management: Manage the full order process, from order entry and follow-up to delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• International customer service: Handle daily communications with distributors, sales agents and retail customers across multiple international markets.
• Issue resolution: Identify, manage and follow up on order discrepancies, delivery issues, customer complaints and other operational incidents.
• Internal coordination: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and other internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient order processing.
