✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Manage and optimize the Nexthink platform and DEX strategy.
• Monitor endpoint, application and user experience using Nexthink and NQL.
• Develop dashboards, DEX KPIs and performance reports.
• Build PowerShell Remote Actions and proactive remediation.
• Drive automation, self-healing and incident reduction initiatives.
• Integrate Nexthink with Intune, Azure, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
• Act as Nexthink SME, providing insights and recommendations to IT and business teams.

• Nexthink
• NQL
• PowerShell
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Azure
• Active Directory
• ITSM tools
• Power BI / Tableau
? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink and DEX, including analytics, reporting, automation and proactive remediation.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/EUC environments,
PowerShell, Intune, Azure, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2+).

• Work Schedule: Business hours (8:00-17:00)
