About Traza
Traza is an AI platform for procurement and supply chain in the physical industries. Our AI agents integrate with the systems our customers already use and automate, under human supervision, processes that are still manual today: sourcing and RFx, supplier qualification, contracts, invoice auditing and pricing intelligence.
The founding team comes from companies such as Amazon, McKinsey, Clarity AI, Concourse and StackAI, and we are backed by leading investors from Silicon Valley and Europe, including Base10 and Kfund. You will work directly with the founders from day one.
The role
We're looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR). You won't be joining an established sales team - you'll help build it. You'll work side by side with the founders, opening up the market, talking to prospective customers every day and helping define how we sell. Every customer conversation will help improve the product and sharpen our strategy.
Responsibilities
• Build pipeline from scratch: identify accounts,
research decision-makers and open conversations with procurement and operations leaders at industrial companies.
• Design and run multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone), testing messaging, measuring results and improving every week.
• Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the founding team.
• Build the sales playbook with us: idóneo customer profile (ICP), sequences, objection handling, processes and tools.
• Be the voice of the customer inside Traza and share what you learn with product and the founders.
Who we're looking for
• 0 to 3 years of work experience. This can be your first job: we value attitude over your CV. Experience selling tech products is a plus, but not a requirement.
• A real passion for sales and technology: you enjoy talking to people, persuading them and understanding how businesses work.
