Job title: Senior Analyst ILV SILVER Deal Advisory

Opportunity
As a member of ILV SILVER Deal Advisory team, you will collaborate in exciting engagements across several business sectors and geographies. You will leverage on data analytics tools to perform financial analysis in the context of financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Your main responsabilities
· Preparation of financial databooks, including collection and processing of data (i.e. trial balances, general ledgers and other analytical information) using data analytic tools
· Preparation of the financial analysis and evaluate financial data, identifying potential risks and providing insights to support strategic decision-making
· Financial due diligence report writing
· Liaising with both the target management team and client

What skills do you need?
· Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Master’s degree in corporate finance or similar, is a plus




· +3 years of experience in financial due diligence and/or 2 year experience in financial due diligence and +2 years’ experience in audit from an international or national firm
· Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient use of AI, Alteryx, Power-BI, Power Pivot, Power Query is a plus
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese, French or German is a plus)
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
