Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Partnerships & New Revenue Streams Manager to help us grow and nurture strategic relationships with key brands and industry partners in the aesthetics and beauty space. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and implementing partnership opportunities at a key point in YNS’s growth as a company.
As a Partnerships & New Revenue Streams Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving YNS’s growth by connecting with potential partners, understanding their needs, and creating tailored solutions that showcase the value of collaboration with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with relevant brands, beauty professionals, and organizations that align with YNS’s mission.
• Proposal Creation & Negotiation:



Develop compelling proposals for brand partnerships that address partner goals and align with YNS's offerings; lead discussions and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Brand Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for brand partners, cultivating strong, long-term relationships to drive continued collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with YNS’s marketing team to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with company goals.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set partnership goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders. Adjust partnership strategies as necessary based on data and feedback.
• Market Insight & Strategy Development: Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market opportunities to keep YNS at the forefront of the aesthetics and beauty partnership landscape.
