Your Mission

Based in our Madrid office, you will be the go-to person for our employees’ day-to-day IT needs. You will resolve support requests, run onboarding and offboarding, and keep our devices and accounts secure and well-managed within our cloud-only environment. Working closely with the Internal IT team, you will help us keep IT running smoothly as the company grows.

Your Responsibilities





• Resolve IT support tickets (the main part of the role): license assignment, roles and permissions, access requests and other common user requests

• Provide on-site support in Madrid: hardware replacements, equipment checks, device preparation and inventory tracking

• Coordinate equipment shipments and returns for employees in Spain and other locations

• Run onboardings: prepare user accounts and devices, set up access and licenses, and solve any issues during the employee’s first days

• Run offboardings: deactivate accounts, remove licenses and recover equipment, following our IT procedures

• Document solutions and processes to build up our internal knowledge base

• Support the Internal IT team with ad hoc tasks and day-to-day operations

Your Experience

• Studies: ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red)

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
