About the role
We’re looking for a Tech Lead who enjoys building software, helping others develop and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
You’ll guide the technical direction of your team while staying close to the code. Working alongside Engineering and Product colleagues, you’ll help translate customer and business needs into reliable, secure and maintainable software.
This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who has supported others and influenced technical decisions, and is ready to take broader ownership. You’ll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, giving your team the clarity and support they need to deliver with confidence.
What you’ll do
• Guide technical decisions within your team, balancing customer needs, delivery priorities and the long-term health of our platform.
• Stay hands-on with development, contributing to complex features, reviewing code and helping resolve technical challenges.
• Work with Product and Engineering colleagues to clarify requirements, explore trade-offs and break initiatives into manageable pieces.
• Help the team build reliable, secure and maintainable software through sound design, testing and development practices.
• Coach engineers through feedback, pairing and knowledge sharing, building their confidence and autonomy.
