As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our recruitment activities and work closely with the team to identify, attract, and engage talent. This role is a great opportunity to develop your recruitment skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within an international and dynamic environment.

‼️This position is based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. The role will be fully on-site during the first six months, after which it will transition to a hybrid working model, combining remote work with in-office presence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the recruitment process: Assist in coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates and consultants via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person.
• Candidate management: Maintain regular communication with candidates,



coordinate interview schedules, and provide updates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• ATS and data management: Update and maintain candidate information in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate records of interviews, recruitment activities, and new hires.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Support the team in understanding recruitment needs and coordinating hiring activities with internal Hiring Managers.
• Candidate sourcing: Help identify and attract potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels, targeting both local and international talent pools.
• Recruitment support: Contribute to daily recruitment activities, support the development of candidate pipelines, and help ensure that hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
