The CRM Specialist– Audience Strategy identifies growth opportunities and delivers personalized, data-driven campaigns across customer touchpoints to increase engagement, revenue, and loyalty.
Audience Strategy
• Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies with the Corporate team,



using data and analytics to guide campaign planning.

• Monitor engagement and conversion patterns, optimizing calls to action across the customer journey with CRM, Call Center, and REX teams.

• Execute behavior- and lifecycle-based campaigns across WhatsApp, email, store calls, and the Amplifon App, including personalized promotions for existing customers.

Loyalty & Referral Programs
• Co-develop customer engagement and loyalty strategies with the Corporate team.

• Manage and optimize loyalty, referral, and Member-Get-Member programs, including the Amplifon App journey.

Go-to-Market Activities
• Serve as the CRM lead for store openings, relocations, and network development initiatives.

• Coordinate CRM execution, database migration quality checks, and communications across the store network.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Lead CRM reporting on database growth, customer contactability, and campaign contribution, in
