About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior HR & Quality Specialist to join our team and play an important role in the development of our people, company culture and quality processes.
This is an entry-level position designed for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow professionally. You will have the opportunity to work across Human Resources, company culture, Quality Management and compliance, contributing directly to the development of these areas within the company.
We are looking for someone with a strong desire to grow, a hands-on attitude and the ambition to help build and shape our HR & Quality function as the company evolves.
You do not need to be an experienced professional. What matters most is your potential, curiosity, initiative and willingness to take on challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources• Support the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to candidate sourcing, interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes,
ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Support employees throughout their journey within the company.
• Help maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and internal documentation.
• Coordinate training, professional development and employee feedback initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the employee experience and internal processes.
Company Culture & People Development• Help define, communicate and reinforce the company's values and culture.
• Support initiatives that encourage employee engagement, collaboration and effective internal communication.
• Contribute to building a positive, ambitious and collaborative working environment.
• Help ensure that our values are reflected in our everyday behaviours and ways of working.
Quality Management & Compliance• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
