At Colbai Advisors, we create tailored AI solutions for businesses, connected to their data and processes. The work ranges from LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines to AI automation across different systems.

What you'll do
• Run discovery sessions with clients and translate their problems into technical architectures
• Design and implement LLM-based solutions: agents, retrieval pipelines, tool integrations...
• Build and deploy (mostly on Azure or AWS), including APIs, data pipelines, frontend, and other
• Work with our developers on quality, security, and handover to the client

What we're looking for
• Hands-on experience delivering production cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or similar
• Programming experience with LLM APIs, vector search,



and agentic frameworks (Python, TS/JS prefered)
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data modeling
• Ability to explain trade-offs clearly to both engineers and executives
• Fluent English and Spanish
• All profiles are welcome (junior, mid or senior)
