Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support Autodesk's General Mobility & Immigration team through a 12-month contract assignment, with a primary focus on relocations into and within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders, coordinating end-to-end international and domestic relocation activities and supporting Autodesk's Temporary Remote Work Program. You will work alongside a small but mighty team that plays an important role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and employee-focused mobility experience while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on global mobility and relocation coordination experience, strong organizational and case management skills, and the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This assignment requires a combination of mobility program administration, employee support,



vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to facilitate seamless employee transitions and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Autodesk's Global Mobility program, with a primary focus on managing end-to-end international and domestic relocations into and within the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and employee-focused experience

• Coordinate all phases of the relocation lifecycle for new hires and internal transfers, including relocation initiation, benefits administration, vendor engagement, employee support, and case closure

• Review and process manager-submitted relocation requests, assessing eligibility, applicable policy provisions, and recommended relocation benefits in alignment with Autodesk's global mobility policies
