Main responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Iberica General Manager and functionally to the Head of HR, act as the local HR expert and first point of contact, guiding employees through the moments that matter (onboarding, changes, offboarding) and delivering end-to-end care by phone, chat and ticketing system, resolving queries professionally and within agreed timelines
• Advise and coach local managers on people decisions and run employee and manager training,



so they act compliantly and effectively; prepare documents that comply with the Spanish legal environment
• Together with Group HR and local management, establish and embed HR processes and standards (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, rewards, engagement, exits), roll out general initiatives locally, and spot process gaps and digitise processes using data and automation
• Prepare and review payroll inputs, distribute payslips, review final settlements and answer employee questions on payslips and other employment matters
• Handle recruitment administration and onboarding: request employment contracts and hiring documentation, review and file employee records, coordinate onboarding requirements, identify training needs and arrange medical examinations
• Handle employment-related cases, update collective bargaining agreement (CBA) parameters in payroll records and prepare the annu
